Interesting thought on plot utility

I happened to be pondering ways to have more pvp duels outside of the Wolves Den. The idea came to me when looking at my Cafe themed house. What if there was a housing theme that let you forgo a physical structure of a house in order to let you make your plot into a pvp dueling ring? Customizing the arena no different from customizing your yard already.

The idea then exploded into other aspects of the game. Giving up your physical house for a gardening housing theme. Maybe even allowing you to have more gardening plots. Or a farm type to let your minions roam. That way they could be less worried about collision issues like previously stated in that live letter.

I'd like to hear your thoughts on the topic. Would you want more interesting themes for your house besides item, cafe, weapon, etc?
