Ideas about Hagakure change in 5.08 and beyond

Since Hagakure isn't supposed to make SAM shinten almost all the time
[according to the dev and a certain SAM faction]

And it shouldn't cause a dps loss with small kenki to offer either [according to the opposite SAM faction]

I think maybe it should offer Damage Up Buff as well as kenki.

It's going to offer meditate.

There's absolutely no way this isn't the 'alternative' method they mentioned.

So we can spend it on Shoha?

I'm not sure how shoha as ocd is going to work since it have a really long animation. Let say we could skip the animation but would that make it a waste as well when it have long-cool animation that we would skip 99% of the times? Did I miss something?

Well if you think about it u have 2.5secs til you can cast the next ability, so providing your not double weaving the ability it shouldn’t be too bad.

RDMs scorch does the same thing. The animation is pretty much the same length as the GCD u can cancel the animation tho with OGCDs.

Wasn't it 3.0 secs or something? but if dev could speed the animation up to 2.0 secs then I think it would be ok.
