Wierd Bot Behaviour and Glitching

Class/Level: All LvL 1 Male Hyur Archers
In-game time: 6:50 ET 7:15pm ST
Area and coordinates: New Gridania (x11.2-y11.2)

Not sure exactly where to put something like this, put in an in game ticket and got a response message to put it in the "In-Game Bugs" Forum. so here it is.

Bots which are all LvL 1 Hyur Archers are streaming in through the nearby gate by the Black Rabbit Trader 'Maisenta' in New Gridania. Then they lift up into the air as if running up an invisible ramp, and disappearing into the nearby tree. This had been going on for at least 40 mins that I am aware of. It was brought to my attention by my fiance who frequents Gridania, and on trying to teleport to her using the in game wedding ring. Normally, even during peak times it takes only 20-30 seconds tops, however I had enough time to go to the bathroom and get a drink and still made it back before i loaded in. Whether this is due to the bots or something else I couldnt say. I took a short gif to show what exactly is going on
