"north Silvertear" corrected on the map, but not quests/dialogue

The zone "North Silvertear" used to be incorrectly not capitalized as "north Silvertear"

At some point, I assume in 5.05, this was corrected, but only on the map

In dialogue and quest descriptions, it still references "north Silvertear" with the old incorrect capitalization
