MSQ "The Will to Live" gear not appearing in inventory (playing on PS4)

Steps:
1. Received the quest "The Will to Live"

2. When receiving the necessary gear pieces for the quest, only received Kabuto #55, Tekko #55 and Hakama #55

3. When attempting to retrieve the other required pieces of gear from the Bottomless Burlap Sack, would not receive the Uwagi #55 or Choka #55

4. After discarding the three pieces of gear I managed to acquire, attempting to get the gear again would only let me get those same pieces again.
