The Mog station allows me to buy items such as outfits as gifts. I can't do that with character transfers though. If I want to buy a transfer for another person, I have to use paypal or venmo to give money to the person, which they have to use to buy the transfer. I don't understand why some things on the mog station are giftable but transfers aren't.
