1. Use skills like Rough Divide, Plunge, and other gap closer skills just as you're hit by Rathalos's knockback attacks
2. Be stuck

Must be hit with another knockback or be rescued by a healer to fix during the fight, otherwise all of your skills are unusable and you cannot move at all. You will still take damage but be unable to move unless you die and resurrect.
