I know it's kinda stupid, but considering that gear stopped being designed with tails in mind a long time ago (hell, even with some gear pieces that have a hole, you can see the tail not coming from it XD), i think it could be nice to have this as an option (maybe make them 100% invisible, for example; similar to the one to display/hide our weapon when it's sheathed). Yeah, there are other races without tails, indeed, but it's not the same (especially when using emotes).

There are already a few examples of this happening with certain armors/characters like the werewolf chestpiece for instance.
