Head Graze not working as stated

Steps:
1. I was in a dungeon and when enemies use a skill that causes the orange area of attack cone or circle to appear I used "head graze" but noticed that it did not seem to work.
2. Afterwards I was wandering around solo and and used "head graze" on an enemy that was attacking me with a cone of attack skill but "head graze" did not interrupt the action.
3. After this I tested the "head graze" skill on multiple other enemies specifically doing nothing but waiting for the orange area of effect attacks (cones and circles). When the area of affect appeared I would use the "head graze" skill but it did not interrupt any of these attack skills.

This is not a bug, more of a 'tooltip not being clear' issue. Head Graze, like the tank role ability Interrupt, only interrupts certain abilities: when you see the cast bar for an ability pulsing red, that indicates that it can be interrupted. Regular AoE attacks like you have described are not necessarily susceptible to these kinds of attacks; you have to look for the pulsing cast bar. That being said, since this is the second time I've seen people not aware of this fact on the forums, they really should either update the tooltip or introduce a pop-up tutorial window to clarify this.
