Is there a reason why these are unique? It kind of leaves Gridanian and Lominsans at a disadvantage if they want to craft while listening for shouts in Ul'dah. it would be nice if we could buy these in bulk rather then have to run back to our main GC area just so we can keep keep crafting without having to run back to town each time just to head back to Ul'dah and continue listening for shouts.

If not that then could there at least be a representative in each town where we could buy these manuals with our seals without having to run back each time.

You can buy them off the black market in Ul'dah at an increased price.

When I use them i pick up a II and a I, I then use the II, and grab another one. then i'm good for a lot of crafting before i need to make a trip to my city again. With the new synth system they wear off pretty quickly, but five minutes to run to the other city every once in a while to max your xp/time spent isn't really a huge hindrance and still allows you to shout-fish.
