Seems like in every dungeon run Im the last one to click loot and then everyone has run ahead and I gotta catch up. Is there a quicker way (on pc) to open loot and click them greed (or need)?

Why not click loot while running to the next encounter?
There was a /loot command you could macro but they took it out without any real explanation as to why. I'm not aware of any replacement.
You can turn on auto-run for a few seconds while running to the next encounter. That's typically what I do.
It's a choice that gives you analog control over your direction. I do it too on the rare occasions that I play on PC, where I only have a keyboard and mouse set up. Mouse movement isn't as good as a controller, but it's a thousand times better than trying to trying to navigate a twisting path using just the keyboard's straight line movements. (But I really don't see how --or why-- anyone would attempt non-trivial content without a controller.)
I'm a weirdo and play with controller on PC. I just use the analog stick to run with exact control and use the mouse to menu during this case.
Yeah... mouse movement and turning is better... I don't think anyone's going to seriously argue that. But the keyboard still exists and has movement keys. Presumably if someone is rolling on loot, it's a non-critical moment and they can move non-optimally for the literal 2 seconds it takes to deal with that.
