Checking/Changing Email Address on These Forums

Hello,

I have not been getting email notifications on the threads I've been subscribed to. I want to check to see which email address my account on these forums is hooked up to, but I cannot seem to locate an option to do that. Could somebody please tell me how I can check and/or change my email address on these forums?

I'm not sure there is even an option to get email notifications for the forums, at least I've not come across anything. Pretty much just check the Quick Links -> Subscribed Threads menu to see if anything has been updated.
