I just built a brand new PC. The only things on it are Windows 10 and FFXIV. Every single time I log into the game I crash after a few seconds. I have tried all the recommended fixes. There seem to be lots of other people experiencing the same error. There is clearly some issue with DirectX and a recent windows update or gpu driver. Please at least acknowledge there is something wrong with the game currently, thanks.

How long have you been experiencing the crash? Were any updates or changes made to the PC? Could you provide a system report in your next reply? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
