Can we add the extra tank gauge flair back to tanks?

So with the loss of tank stances in pvp, the tank gauges now look sad and plain.

Now that tank stances have no sort of penalty in pve, I think it'd be fine to change them in pvp too. Before there was a functional difference, there was a drawback to having them on, and it serves as indicator to players "hey you're dealing less damage now."

Now that this is no longer the case, I see no issue with changing the default style of the tank gauges. It's not something you can toggle anymore.
