Vote Kick griefing
Does SE have an official stance on this? I havnt seen anything after looking around.
I got kicked by a premade pty for not doing enough damage as a healer. This was in a dungeoun roulette mind you... There were no deaths, pty never wiped and they kicked me right before final boss to grief me.
This is the second time it has happened to me. Last week I got kicked for using Superboilde in dungeoun pull when my hp "wasn't low enough" and healer freaked out and and started spazzing. no one died there either...
I dont know if i just had bad luck matching with tryhards in a dungeon roullette ..
but if you are not causing death, wiping party, harassing people or afk they shouldnt be allowed to grief us with impunity
Specificaly im talking about duty roulettes where people like me play casually and are just trying to level, you are being matched with randoms

You could use in-game report system to report them for kicking you.
Kicking someone before last boss is stinky move.

They were being elitist, full stop. Encounters are NOT balanced around healer "dps", and the devs have stated this before. One could make a case for first-week savage clears (still not balanced around it. this is solely a player-base thing), but even that's pushing it. I dps when healing because I feel like it, but again, nothing is balanced around it, and if things aren't dying in dungeon roulette, it sounds like there are bigger problems than healer "dps"...
Regarding your other story: seeing someone use Superboilde at higher health when it's not needed is annoying, but I wouldn't kick you for it. I would simply mention it makes more sense at low health, and remind you to use it only when absolutely necessary. Using it at any higher than, say, 30%, is just an "OH CRAP!" for the healer, until they notice the buff... then they just get annoyed and wonder why you wasted it. I usually don't see a need for it in dungeon roulette unless you're doing "big pulls", but that's another issue entirely.

I would LOVE some name shaming of those elitists, so I can tell them what I think about their existence. However, feel free to report them - Usually SE looks into it and tries to find out misbehavior on your side, if the kick was not justified, they can even get a temp ban for it.

Look in your "contacts" list in-game and get their names and report the hell outta them. Then perhaps give me a private message on here and let me know what their names are....

Per SE, "playstyle differences" is a valid reason to kick someone from a group. At least half of the group thought you were a problem, so off you went.

First story: while I'm fully entrenched on the healer DPS side of the argument, what you described in your post is no reason for kicking. But a few verification point:
- How did you know they are premade? Did you look them up on Lodgestone to see they're from the same FC or they were talking in PC.
- You said "not doing enough damage" and not " didn't do any damage". How did you know this is the reason?
- ^ if the above is not your assumption, then that reason must have been communicated to you somehow. Depending on how they said it, it can be used as proof that they're harrasing people using parser which is something the GM is pretty anal about. If you report them what that evidence, even if they're off the hook for griefing, they still gonna be on the hook for even a worse offend.
Second story: again, from just your words there is no reason to kick there. But also, I assumed there were exchanged of words where both parties refuses to back down. In my experience when thing escalate it will be less about who right/wrong originally, but the other party members will often distance from whoever come across as aggressive or overly-defensive. Many years ago it had happened to me, I was 100% in the right, but end up being the one got kicked, upon self-reflecting I must have come across as a "not so nice" person (although I still believe 100% the other party is an idiot). I learn from that and if this applies to you, learn from it to. Usually things like this can be resolved very quickly if one person to take a step back and apology, even if you don't mean it.

Superboilde - knocks you to 1hp and the. The healer has to heal you up. I could see a healer freaking out over that but I would need a lot more info to know if that freak out was justified.
Not DPSing as a healer: I could see a group freaking out over this.
Not doing ENOUGH DPS as a healer: any metric through which they determined this would itself be a TOS violation...
As noted, fights are balanced around the DPS if the DPS, and not that of the healers or even the tanks... while I could see people complaining about a healer that does no DPS (at which point they’re likely half AFK...), measuring the amount is actually pointless even in Savage. If your healer’s DPS is letting you clear an enrage timer in savage the real issue is the DPSer’s DPS.

I read that as Kick Vic. Lul

If it happened exactly like you said, you should report them for abusing the kick feature
