Wanting to Make a New Free Comapny on FamFrit

[I've never been on a forum or made a post so ye.]
:)Anyhow I'm wanting to make a new free company on ffxiv with a member from a old fc that has since been pretty dead both me and zvo have never made a fc and i'm looking for people wiling to sign to help make the new Free Company and help keep it active within the community it creates.:)

Major notice:
Current team has never made a FC.
We have no house currently and plan on sticking with the apartment based system unless the group wants to aim for getting one.

Goal:
We want to make a Fc Aimed at helping new comers get into ffxiv and build a community focused FC both for casual and non casual members and people who love to do raids and dungeons.

Name and Ranking:
I decided to name the FC Dollet Garden referencing directly to FF8.
the ranking is very rough and being based off of 8 sorta.(Most likely subjected to change by founding members.)
1. HeadMaster
2. Co-HeadMaster
3. Instructor
4. Captain
5. Lieutenant
6. Private
7. Cadet
8. Civilian
Members On Board To Help Create/found the Fc:
Zvonimir Atolna(Famfrit)(Perm. Member)(Planned as a Co-Head.)
Crazy Paws(Famfrit)(Temp. Member)(Planned as a Civilian since Temp.)

Goals for Co-Head & Masters Instructors:
Seeking New members for the Fc as well as managing the chat of the fc to keep friendly for both a younger and older audience within the guild. Also Helping create and discuss future events planned for the free company.

Also a Discord is Planned after the founding and creation of the guild. it seems like a main trend with most new free company's also a event of some sort revolving around the founding as well as basic introductions to leads and rules might be made if the group feels it is needed.
