Ultimate Pay down
I'm not sure if this is the correct forum section, but;
I am unable to currently re-subscribe my account (was set to renew today) due to issues with Ultimate Pay. It appears that the Ultimate Pay website is down.
Not sure if anyone in SE sees or anyone else having issues.

I'm speaking on behalf of the OP, as he's a friend of mine. If he tries to use the direct credit/debit card option, he gets a 601 error. He's tried multiple different credit and debit cards and they all give him the same error.
Is something going on with the direct debit/credit billing?
Because his account is expired and he's unable to renew, he's unable to respond to any posts (forums auto-kicked him out), could someone at SE look into his account and see what's going on? He was barely able to make the above post before he got forced logged off.

They can contact the customer support for the game and hopefully get the issue resolved ASAP.
