something im confused about with glamour system

i have 2 glamour plates. one for sch and one for whm. theyre all healer gear so no whm/sch specific gear but theyre all different items.

my whm and sch share the actual gear. when i switch to sch, it applies the sch glamour perfectly, but everytime i switch to whm, the top half takes it from sch and i have to reapply the entire whm glamour manually. why is this?

Do you have the link between glamour plate and gear set set up correctly?
Are you switching in a zone that has application of glamour plates enabled (i.e. a city hub)?

If there's no level or job restriction involved this sounds like you have linked your whm gear set to a glamour plate that only has the chest piece (or the rest of the pieces can't be applied because of conflicting requirements). edit: Or you have your WHM linked to the SCH plate and half the items are restricted due to level mis-match or somesuch.

Is the item level the same level or lower for both sch and whm? If whm is a lower level maybe she can't wear it due to that.

What are the specific items you're trying to glamour? What glamour pieces are in the slots that aren't working, and what gear do you currently have equipped?
