Can't continue the story

I can't continue with the story from Stormblood expansion as every time I try to complete the dungeon Bardam's Mettle I get stuck as I load in, where my character appears to be in a falling animation. I can use some skills, move the camera however the character does not move. I can complete other dungeons. Sometimes the game crashes when joining the dungeon.
