[NPC][Text][Ishgard] Morgayne missing text options or wrong text

Upon completing the level 50 armorer quest the following text box appears:
"Your skills as an artisan would be put to great use in crafting collectables. Speak with Morgayne at Saint Reinette's Forum in Ishgard to learn more of this lucrative business opportunity."

However Morgayne has only 1 interaction upon right click: "If you want for coin, you might consider undertaking a leve or two. Some are rather more challenging than others, but the rewards are well worth the hassle."
