2. it says use “hot shot” to scare the troublemakers off
3. when i use "hot shot" it appears invalid target

So uhh, I believe they changed the skill required to be used there, but they forgot to update the quest text for it. Use one of you other skills. You'll hit the right one... eventually.

nope,I had tried every skills,all "invalid target"
