Mogstation won't update

Mogstation hasn't updated in over a year and my characters are out of sync, I've tried going through customer service multiple times and finally they told me to try here, I know this isn't an "in Game Bug" but its causing distress as I want to be able to purchase things for my characters but I can't.

I have attached 2 images, one of my mogstation character list and one of my Forum Character list, the forum and lodestone show my characters properly but not my mogstation...

Thank you in advance for any help but please help me.

I just want my mogstation to be correct and let me purchase for my characters again, 2 of the characters have been deleted and 2 others have had name changes, so none of the mogstation character list is even correct anymore. (Rin Rider is now Rin Haruno and Kogami Shinya is now Anzai Catt)
