Diurnal Sect has no use for 6 levels after it's learned

EDIT: As people have pointed out below, it's 4 levels not 6. Dirunal Sect is gained at level 30, Aspected Benefic at level 34. Thanks for the correction.

Has anyone else noticed this? I was running Haukke Manor today which is capped at around level 30. Activated Diurnal Stance at the beginning, then noticed I don't have any spells that actually gain any effect from it. Aspected Benefic is level 34 and Diurnal Sect has no other passive effects anymore, so is completely useless.

I guess this is why SE is moving away from tying abilities to quests as they would just up the level to 34 if it wasn't mentioned in lower level quests.

Just thought it was an odd thing for SE to not address.

This is true but its not exactly abnormal in this game as most of the jobs get job gauges or abilities that literally don't even function for another 10 to 15 levels.

Or in the case of scholar, they just straight up forget abilities, and then 15 levels later magically remember them again.

SE seriously needs to consider this garbage whenever they make an new expac, theres no excuse for something like a sect on AST to be useless for 6 levels, or for scholar to forget energy drain and then miraculously relearn it 15 levels later.

It used to give a 10% potency buff to heals and reduce enmity earned. They just forgot about the implications when they removed those effects. It's also only 4 levels not 6, since Aspected Benefic happens at level 34.

Noticed this as well. Monk also gets part 3 of their ale combo before part 2 haha..

Undraw is just a bindable version of the ability to just click off an undesired card. It was used mainly to get Draw back on cooldown when you drew something you didn't need. Like Ewer with an AoE RR prepped.
Kinda doesn't have much value today with how the cards work now. Just one of those things that will get pruned away eventually.

Though personally, Would love to see Undraw be turned into an MP tool. The ability to toss a card away and gain some MP back for it.

Undraw would be a perfect Tool for MP refresh. I hope that change is something that actually comes about cause I would toss a card in a heart beat for another rez if things got tough.

Because prior to ShB, we never had a second step AoE. You used that step to either refresh TS or TP for damage. Monk AoE always felt weird like that, lol.

They could probably bump Diurnal up to be gained at the same time as Aspected Benefic, But it doesn't really matter much.

It doesn't have "not much" value, it has zero value. It has negative value. It is literally never better to undraw than to use the card on somebody. There is no aoe card anymore and it is impossible to cover everyone in a group at the same time.
