Lustrate, sure, but ED on recitation I feel like would be a bad idea. You dont want to sacrifice the best tool we got this expac on a dps use, at least imo.
And besides making it free, I don't see how recitation would benefit sacred in anyway. -

It's already enough powerful.
But for the next expansion, adding a new trait for more skills interacting with Recitation, why not. -

I second the statements made here, Recitation on ED is not a good idea. We already have the flexibility of using that stack we saved with Recitation on ED, so if Recitation worked on ED then people would be trying to use it on ED as much as possible.
