Riichi Rich (Mahjong CWLS for Data Center Light)

I opened up a linkshell for the purpose of making organizing games a little less reliant on hoping that the stars align to make three other people join within half an hour. I heard that there was another one of those, but unfortunately I couldn't find any way to contact them, let alone find out whether they're on Light or a different one. So, screw it, making my own now.

Also I don't apologize for that name, the other one had a punny title as well.
