Mogstation won't update

I've gone through customer service and they've told me to post here, but my mogstation hasn't updated in over a year, it seems wrong posting in here since this is "In-Game" but I really want my characters updated, I want to buy a skip potion and a few cosmetics for my alt but shes not on the mogstation and characters I deleted are still there, even my mains name is still set to before it was changed.

My forum characters are displaying correctly and lodestone is updating correctly so to re-itterate this is just my mog-station
