I don't understand PvP at all. v_v

So I'm trying to do at least Frontlines for the Garo mecha horse and to farm marks to get the magitek sky armor, but I've never pvp'd in my entire life and I've no clue what I'm doing. Only thing I know is I need 2 more wins for the mount, but I'm already at 59 or so attempts with only 14 wins (did some pvp before the garo event). I just wanna at least get one horse before the event ends but this is just so not my area. Curse you SE for making 90% of the mecha mounts pvp only. x_x

Btw, any suggestions on how to at least improve my chances of getting at least 2 more wins in frontlines?

Sounds like my efforts at PvP.

* kill everyone not on your team.
* stay together as a group.
* Hope someone in your alliance can lead and point out where to go.

- on Sargatanas Maelstrom seems to win more often.

Honestly, 25% is not a terrible win/loss rate for Frontlines. All things being equal you only have a 33% chance of winning. You're not that much under par.
