Unable to turn in Gear from crafting/gathering scrips to Expert Deliveries

Ever since the beginning of Shadowbringers, we are unable to turn in Crafting/Gathering gear that was purchased using red(discontinued) or yellow scrips.

This includes all 60 and 70 crafting/Gathering gear: Hand/Land Masters, Hand/Land Kings, Augmented Hand/Land King, Hand/Land Keep, Augemented Hand/land Keep
