Current Endgame PLD melds?

Is it still Direct Hit in all slots or is it a bit different now?

Well, I don't know if the 5.05 sets are out yet, but the 5.01 sets basically just shove Direct Hit in every slot.

So 450 crafted gear is out, and the 460 tome set and 470 savage gear are too but they have 2 slots on the accessories this time around.
