I thought of some ideas for paladin. I'm sorry if it sounds like it came from some other game such as Diablo 2. What if paladin gets some defensive, offensive, and healing auras as job abilities. Strenght of auras are stronger when you are close to the paladin. Offensive aura gives physical/magical attack up. Healing aura could regenerate mp over time. Defensive aura gives party a defense up. You can't have more than one aura active at a time.
