I think I'm one of the few people who's actually happy about this as it puts a huge damper on the tincture bots due to harshly limiting the amount of resources they have access to, which gives legit players more power in the market.
It also creates more parity with CUL, which needs scrip mats to make their recipes.
Hopefully this continues for the whole of ShB.
