Is there a good source to go to for materia melding depending on job? Quite new, and trying to figure out what to meld for my MCH and RDM as I am getting them closer to 80.

Is there a good source to go to for materia melding depending on job? Quite new, and trying to figure out what to meld for my MCH and RDM as I am getting them closer to 80.
The safest option is either direct hit or critical hit rate. DH is usually the better choice this early in the expansion. Crit isn't king until you have a lot of it.
