Machinist job quest Can't continue due to Hot Shot not being available

Monster name: troublemakers

Class/Level: 76

Party or solo: Solo

Steps:
1. Be level 76 (when hot shot transforms into Air Anchor)
2. Try to do Machinist job quest "Rage against the Machinists"

3. Can't continue as "hot shot" is not available anymore but the quest tells you to "Use Hot Shot to scare off troublemakers."
