I seem to have misplaced my level 60 goggles I wanted to use for glamour and I haven't seen it in any of the calamity vendors. Is there any other way to get it again or is gear like that lost forever?

'Antiquated' HW AF gear can be reattained by doing the HW, SB and SHB's Hunts for Centurio Seals and purchasing it from the elderly elezen woman behind the counter at the Forgotten Knight tavern in Ishgard's Foundation (under 'Artifact Gear'). This is why it doesn't show up in the Calamity Salvager as that is only for once-only gear that has no other way of attaining.
