Butcher's Block Animation

Hey not discussing if BB was useful etc, just loved the animation. Any chance we could replace either Storm Path or Eye with BB animation? It was neat and will help diversify our array of animations once again.

I just learned the other day that they took away BB for WAR. I was very disappointed and I want it back.

It did have a nice animation. So did skull sunder. I loved the dust and leaves effects. And bb made your axe sorta glow yellow which was neat.

I miss BB animation too but I'm just not hopefull seeing what they did to WAR in the past.

I kinda wish they would do a thing like they do with certain skills in WoW with all the animations we've lost to our jobs over the years, where when a certain skill is used, it could randomly choose from a set of animations. So like, for Warriors Storms Path may use either the Storms Eye or the Butchers Block animation. Not only would it give us that animation back, it would keep the 1-2-3 combo spam (especially on tanks) from being as visually stale as it is... I personally miss the Power Slash animation from DRK myself... as rare as it was to use it outside of an opener. XD

That's a nice idea. Personally I don't mind if they make Storm's Eye use BB animation when dealing crit.

I wouldn't like skills to have random animations of every single action as I usually watch the animation to confirm what skill I just used. However, if there were different animations for critical hits it'd be great, like Butcher's Block for a Storm's Eye crit like Ghald here said.

Or.. just bring it back later as a new ability or weaponskill in later expansions. It'd be a waste of great animations if they did not return. Same goes for Unchained, Deliverance and Foresight.

I miss Unchained...That was the beastliest animation ever. I was feeling like something is missing working on leveling my WAR and realized it's the animations seeing this thread.
