Mist Spinach, not collectable?

It's on Rowena's list, but when I collected one and turned on the glove, none of the collectable actions worked. I have collected other items, (Russet Popoto, 40 yellow), but none of the ones that yield white scrips have been collectable.
Is there something else I need to do to start collecting for white scrips?

You have to click it from the list before you can use actions. If it wasn't collectable-able, the name would be grayed out with your glove on.

Hmm, thhat worked, I could have sworn I had the item picked up before.... (Need more sleep :)
