Housing

When are we getting housing I mean come on its been over a month now

They will wait until they see lots of brand new FC's with the rank and money to buy mansion-size plots (not just FC's made from ppl that transferred over with gil) so there is a level field to compete. Also will likely open it initially just for FC housing then later for personal housing, they did that approach with Omega and Louisoix.

yeah i came from louisoix i remember :) altho i think they should let people who left there homes on a different server get one first too and tbh it doesnt take long to rank up a fc to rank 8 anyways, hope something will be mentioned on the live letter ^^

I'm desperate for housing. I want my workshop, my garden, my chocobo stables - heck, I want a hangout spot for my FC! I wouldn't mind if housing was on lock out for personal for a bit longer but at least give our FC a place to hangout. It feels like a slap in the face that they introduced new voyages and workshop stuff with 5.05 and here we are - still no access to housing, whatsoever.

Yeah, I know I'm salty. I just really want my workshop back xD

It was explicitly stated that Housing comes at a later date for everyone on that Server to have the same chances. If you had a house and left for a bigger one, it was a risk to took fully knowing Housing wasn't available yet. I think it's a good thing they levelled the field - if they give all the transferred people a first-buy right, then there wouldn't be any houses left for the new players, who are the reason for delayed Housing in the first place.

We actually did the math on this not too long ago. There are 4 320 available plots in all four wards. Even if you take FCs into consideration and even if you would have unlocked housing from day one - There still would be plenty of plots left. Heck, Spriggan doesn't even have so many active players. Look at Louisoix for example - They have housing since day 1 and until today it never happened that all plots were sold out. So it is basically just dragging it along without real purpose. Even if they unlock housing right now there will be plenty of plots left in months to come.

Small Plots, yes, but I fathom it's about equal chances for Medium and Large as well.

You will never get a house for yourself or your FC, as long SE does nothing against multiboxer that buy a whole district ........
