90002 Errors
Hello! I'm a new player and I'm really enjoying the game, though the amount of disconnects I get randomly are very disheartening.
I've been keeping logs after I got sick of being disconnected, after a few times I also started noting what I was doing:12/07 - 22:03
12/07 - 22:26
13/07 - 21:21
13/07 - 23:04 -> Entering the Waking Sands
14/07 - 10:28 -> Entering the Waking Sands
14/07 - 21:09 -> Teleport to Limsa Lominsa Command Room during MSQ
16/07 - 20:00 -> Resurrecting in a dungeon
19/07 - 14:01 -> Loading cutscene in Dusk Vigil
20/07 - 20:59 -> Teleport to Ministrel Ballad instance
20/07 - 21:19 -> Teleport to Cyrcus instance
21/07 - 20/34 -> Using Aethernet
22/07 - 16:09 -> Just standing still, not AFK
22/07 - 20:14 -> Standing in Foundation
23/07 - 10:17 -> Teleport to Mor Dohna
Can I do something to prevent these issues?
Edit: I'm using a wired connection.

Good afternoon and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.
When did this start happening? Do you recall anything changing/updating on your PC or home network that coincides with this?
What have you tried so far in order to alleviate the issue?
We hope we can be of assistance in helping you enjoy the exciting world of Final Fantasy XIV!

Good afternoon!
This started happening when I started playing the game in the free trial, around the end of June? I'd have a disconnect here and there. Then about 2 weeks ago I bought the full game so I could enjoy the game further, but the disconnects have gotten more frequent. In the beginning I didn't think much of it since I'd usually have disconnects whenever I'd enter the Waking Sands so I guessed it might have been some sort of bug... But then I got a lot of disconnects in dungeons or just after using the aether network, so I started jotting down whenever I experienced dcs.
I uninstalled everything from the trial version and reinstalled the full game (clean install).
I have already checked my anti virus and I have changed my Internet Explorer settings to the recommended I found in this forum.

Thank you for the reply PepperDdraig.
There are a few other troubleshooting options to try if you haven't done so already:
1) Do a clean boot. Simply open the task manager and select the 'Start up' tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC. This will make sure that no background processes are interfering with the game.
2) Close any other programs that may be running while playing the game.
3) Check the following Port Ranges on your router/modem to ensure that they have been opened:
▼TCP
54992 through 54994,
55006 through 55007,
55021 through 55040
Your ISP can open these ports for you.
We hope we can be of assistance in helping you enjoy the exciting world of Final Fantasy XIV!

I tried all the possible fixes, yet nothing works. Since my friend is playing on Siren and had no issues (she lives only 20 kilometers away from me), I started thinking it might be a routing problem.
So I ran a traceroute to the siren server and I found this:

We suffer a 9% package loss on the last hop right before the siren server. This makes me think that we are suffering this package loss right before the data center, making me lead to the conclusion that this is an issue Square-Enix side and not on our side. Or rather, the way we are being routed to SE servers.
