Fan Dance 3 to be single target so that Fan Dance 1 can evolve into Fan Dance 3 with a trait similar to how Thunder 1 evolves into Thunder 3.
Saber Dance to be oGCD.
Range of AoE weaponskills either increased to 10y or changed to be an AoE around your targeted enemy. (I hate having to be in the middle of 10 mobs to try and hit all of them with my AoEs)
Step Finishes apply to party members regardless of range. (This way you wouldn't have to increase the damage range making fighting overworld mobs more annoying)
Maybe: A set Esprit increase to Improvisation. 5 or 10 a tick without the need for party members to be nearby.

Make swapping Dance Partner less needlessly clunky, right now if you already have it on someone, you need to press Closed Position to turn it off, then press it again with your new target in order to apply it again... No idea why it couldn't simply work like 4.x PvP Astros Synastry skill when it comes to swapping partner...
Have Standard Finish remain in effect after swapping Dance Partner. Halve the damage buff effect if you have to, but I would very much enjoy swapping Dance Partner to maximize your buffs as a core mechanic... No clue why Closed Position/Standard Step are on 30s cooldown, while Standard Finish lasts 60s if Standard Finish wears off when you swap Dance Partner... The intention behind those timers seemed obvious, yet the reality is so boring... Keeping it up on two people doesn't add a massive level of depth for the Job, but it's a whole lot more than the "Put Closed Position on your favorite DPS then basically never touch it again" level of depth it seems we currently seem to have... -

It would probably also have a lower potency than the current Fan Dance and Fan Dance III combined, since the current Fan Dance III only procs on 50% of Fan Dance uses. 250 would give it the current expected value for single target Fan Dance, and then it might also need to be lower still so that Flourish doesn't gain too much potency.Quote:
