MogStation/Lodestone Character Never Updated

Hey there.
So long story I have going on, so bare with me.

A little over a year ago I started playing FFXIV again with my bf on a new server from the same account I had. My original character was on Odin, but I server transfered to Jenova. My character to this day has never been updated. I've tried contacting SE online/calling. I've been told twice now that I need to seek help on the forums that their customer support isn't for these kinds of issues.

Until recently I've had issues with the forums never working because to have an account you have to "choose" a main character to set as your defualt. No matter how many times I tried it would never work. I made a new character on my same server and set it as my main just so i can write this post!

looking at my character on mogstation it shows character name 1 Jenova, character name 1 Odin, and character name 2 Jenova. Regardless of what I click on, if I click chracter name 1 for either server, i get redirected to character name 1 (Odin) page where i was just a lowly 50 whm! This is obviously changed drastically over the last year plus as i'm almost to current.

Please assist!!
