Cloud Mallow mount control annoyance

It has special dismount and action buttons that replace hotbar #1, making it useless for things like hunt bills, which can be used while on normal mounts. (I moved them up one bar to get around it).

It already creates two new action buttons on screen, Seed, and DIsmount, separate from bar 1, so there's no real need to replace it with additional copies of these buttons.
