So as i stated i have this issue where my game is running fine then out of nowhere everyone on my screen pauses however my animations and etc are going through then everything catches up. I don't know what else to do. I've checked my net, my ping, packet loss... everything.
Is there anything else i can do ? I am using a gigabit network but it still happens.

You mentioned checking for packet loss. Did you use a trace route or some other connection test? If so, can you provide that information.
What kind of connection are you using (Wired or wireless)?
