Steps:
1. Catch the desired fish
2. Use the ability 'Identical Cast'
3. Use 'Cast'
4. Before you catch your next fish, delete the buff 'Identical Cast'
5. Catch the same fish and you will be able to use Identical Cast again

When you do not delete the buff you are not able to use Identical Cast again. The skill states "... and cannot be used for consecutive casts'.
