As far as I know the quest is supposed to be in Eulmore's derelicts by the porter and is called "The Lawn" or something. However, there's nothing there. I have completed the MSQ fully. Is there some other pre-requisite I am missing?

You need to have done the quest "A Striking Opportunity" in Idyllshire first.
Does it offer a free striking dummy? how did I miss this.
