Display mode and resolution changes

Heya, I have been getting recently into macros and started crafting as well. But one thing that bugs me is how whenever I want to do dungeon or craft, I kinda need to change my display type from Borderless window to Windowed and vice versa in order to watch Netflix without alt tabbing every 30 seconds. (Second monitor Is planned in two months - mentioning it just so I can avoid that kind of response.)

Is there any macro or, even through SE doesn't like external programs, .bat file I could simply press and it would change not only hudlayout but the display type as well?
