Stalwart Soul and Fated Circle need to be much lower level weaponskills

Given Prominence and Iron Tempest are, it seem silly to lock these away at 72 when both jobs desperately need a way to build MP/blood gauge or spend ammo in AoE situations.

You dont get the gauge from tempest until you get the trait to enhance tempest at 74. War just hits 2 buttons instead of 1 for aoe to get plain damage before that. Theres no real difference.

GNB already has demon slice and demon slaughter at that point. I don’t think it’s equivalent to how bad DRK aoe is until 72. Fated Circle is the resource burn like Decimate and Holy Circle/Confiteor.

if DRK got Stalwart Soul earlier then they'd have nothing new til 76, not counting the upgrade to already gained skills, in Dark Missionary. Not a good idea IMO.

GNB I can get behind. maybe swap when Heart of Light and Fated Circle's level of acquisition

They had perfectly acceptable AoE in SB, arguably even the best of the tank AoE rotations.

Getting rid of that so they can get a new AoE rotation at level 72 is not a good idea.

It was only good because of how well mana and blood worked together. As of ShB, that is either no longer the case or less so; the changing of some skills made it worse, such as taking away mana generation from quietus per enemy hit, TBN granting blood instead of an ogcd proc, hell even the removal of blood generation via salted earth affected this.
