Anyone know if or when Hrothgar and Viera NPC permits for housing will be obtainable? I'd like to start populating my house and apartment with some Hrothgar.

Anyone know if or when Hrothgar and Viera NPC permits for housing will be obtainable? I'd like to start populating my house and apartment with some Hrothgar.
My guess would be 5.1 at the earliest
Add to that squadron members, would love to have a squadron of Viera.
