Tank Self Healing in PvP and Nascent Flash

Could we get Nascent Flash to be self targetable or not require a target in PvP please? Doesn't seem like other tanks self healing is restricted in the same way Wars are. For example, Palaldins can Resquiscat and spam Holy spirit and heal while dishing out damage without needing a party member nearby. Wars can only get heals from their attacks if theres a party member nearby to cast Nascent Flash on.

It's not a big deal in feast where you'll usually have a party member nearby except in situations where you're the last man standing. But it really sucks to have this restriction in Frontlines where situations where you're without a party member occur more frequently.
