World transfer incentive on NA servers is lacking

Currently there are several worlds on NA servers marked as congested but no preferred worlds to transfer to within the NA data center. I’d be willing to switch off a congested world but not if it means moving to a data center and server in a completely different set of time zones and potentially limited language compatibility.

If you want to incentivize people to move from congested worlds on the NA data center, give them options within the NA data center.
