The box is, of course, from Hellraiser, and, yes, opening it is a really *bad* idea. What it has to do with the screenshot I have no clue. None of those guys look like Pinhead to me...

After some reflection, I think it has something to do with people becoming BLMs and getting BLM AF gear. Apparently they remind the OP of Hellraiser. Can't say I see it myself.
